Summer Sessions V & VI:Important Update: Temporary Gym Relocation

MVBC Session V & VI Parents and Participants,

 This notification is to inform you of a sudden and unexpected facility issue that will impact our gym usage in the coming weeks. Although we have approved permits for the Cherokee High School South, Middle, and North Gyms, we were just notified today by the school’s facilities department that an issue with the weight room and roof has displaced several programs.

As a result, the North Gym is currently unavailable on Monday, July 7th, and may not be a viable option for us over the next few weeks.

We understand how last-minute changes like this can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that this situation is completely out of our control, and we are working closely with the school to stay updated.

That said, we were prepared for this type of scenario and have an alternate plan in place to ensure all training and activities continue smoothly and without disruption.

We have secured the Marlton Field House on Mondays in July from 4:00–5:30 PM as our temporary location. It is our greatest hope that we will be able to return to Cherokee High School on Monday, July 14th, 2025, but we wanted to ensure a reliable plan is in place for everyone in the meantime.
