About Us

Under the leadership of Jim Conner (US Navy team player), and assisted by Linda Conner, we are celebrating our 30th year of club play. MVBC is a competitive program dedicated to advancing positive personal and athletic development of youth players. We provide our athletes with superb instruction in the fundamental volleyball skills, techniques, training, and guidance in the college recruiting process. We foster a sense of community and family throughout the club by promoting leadership, responsibility, fellowship, and even fun for all of our players.

MVBC is a feeder volleyball program to the Lenape Regional High School District (LRHSD). All of our athletes can be found playing freshmen, JV, & Varsity Volleyball at Cherokee, Lenape, Shawnee, Seneca, RV, Eastern, Washington Township, PVI, Camden Catholic, GCIT, ACIT,  and other high schools in our area.

Our Mission

Marlton VBC's main purpose is to provide quality training and competitive opportunities for young athletes at all levels of development. This competitive athletic experience will enhance social development, contribute to mental and physical health, teach the values of teamwork, responsibility, self-discipline, and self-motivation. Our goal is to promote youth volleyball at all ages and skill levels. The 2025-2026 season will be our 30th year of club volleyball.

 
The Life

 MVBC is a Juniors Travel program for girls ranging in ages from 9 to 18. All teams practice two times a week at Marlton Field House, Marlton   Elementary, or Cherokee High school and attend tournaments scheduled for various weekends. We celebrate and encourage "team" through    the use of team building and bonding events for our athletes. Character building is a life skill learned here. And we could not do any of this   without the help and generous engagement of our very wonderful player parents and siblings.  We hope that the MVBC experience will be an   enriching joy for your whole family.
