IROY INFO:
We are utilizing the SportsEngine/AES schedule and results software so that players and coaches can see the latest schedule updates and standings.
Coaches should sign in at the front desk upon arrival. If a roster was not completed on-line, a roster MUST be submitted prior to stepping on the courts. Be sure to include names, jersey numbers, and AAU numbers.
Doors will open at 6:30am. Please do NOT expect to be permitted into the building earlier than 6:30am. Games will start promptly at 7:00am. If you are starting in the second wave, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first match.
Our refs work hard to move things along so we are not here all day. If a court becomes available we will move some of the final matches to another court to speed up the day. ASSIGNED WORKING TEAMS MUST STAY even if they have finished their matches.
There is NO OUTSIDE FOOD permitted in the building! We have a full service kitchen on the premises and we offer HEALTHY food options: 100% fruit smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, wraps, salads, healthy entree platters, water, lite snacks/bars, fresh fruit cups, and sports drinks (no caffeine products-Parents be sure to pick up your coffee before arriving). Everything is made fresh on the premises. Vegetarian options are available. We promote healthy eating for our athletes and families so please DO NOT enter the building with bags of take out food, donuts, cupcakes, pretzels, fast food items, pizzas, etc. as you will be asked to remove it and eat outside of the building. Personal beverages are permitted.
Coolers may be kept in our facility or cafe area but are not permitted in the gym/court area.
There is a spectator fee paid when entering the building BOTH DAYS. Ages 12-adult are $10, ages 5-11 are $5, under 5 is free. You will receive a hand stamp to enter and exit when you wish. Players and coaches are free. We accept cash, credit card, venmo, or cash app.
Parking at our facility is free but PLEASE do not park in the parking spots marked with the orange cones. We are also a full fitness facility and those parking spots are reserved for our members. Parking is also permitted along the road in front of the building (just do not park outside of the white line on the road or beside the fire hydrant) and across the street. We offer $15 day passes if you would like to workout at our facility while you are visiting. You can check it out at www.iroysport.com.
Folding chairs are provided in our gymnasium but please feel free to bring your own. If bringing your own, we ask that they have a rubber bottom so as not to scratch the floors.
Limited space will be available for teams to “camp out” around the gymnasium. Please keep the areas clean and free from spills. If there is a spill, please notify the front desk immediately. We work hard to keep the facility clean, any issues should be reported to our front desk.
