Description
All MVBC Players are invited to benefit from FREE fitness training / strength workout sessions
with Coach Shauna Navarro (Virtua WGR Center Fitness Trainer) and Coach Jenny Huffmire
WHEN:
Tuesdays November 5th and 12th, and Thursday November 14th - 6:30 - 8:00pm at Cherokee South Gym
For Teams 17 and 18 - this means your Parent/Player Meeting time is delayed one hour to 8:00pm, still on November 5th.
WHAT:
Volleyball specific exercises that strengthen core, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles that will help protect against injury.
Working on improving strength and proper movement pattens will enhance performance as well.
Learn basic exercises you can do at home for continued improvement and safety.
TO COME YOU MUST:
Reserve the sessions by replying by email to Coach Shauna (ajnjr@aol.com) and Coach Jenny (jhuffmire8@gmail.com)
List the dates you will attend & include your name and your team name 13U-18U.
Come dressed for a workout with knee pads and good tie shoes.
