Remember, these tournaments have a STAY-TO-PLAY policy.  This policy requires our club to book hotel rooms through the tournament booking agent in order to participate.  Players will not be able to participate if they reserve a room outside of the team hotel block.  

PLEASE NOTE: The STAY-TO-PLAY policy is a tournament mandate not a personal or club decision made by MVBC.  Tournaments use this policy to guarantee room blocks at local hotels.

Event Format:

4 Team Pools (2 Day Event):

The desired format for each division is four (4) team pools on Saturday followed by bracket play on Sunday. The results of pool play will determine where the teams will play on Sunday. In the desired format, 1st and 2nd place from pool play will go to Gold Bracket, 3rd place to Silver Bracket and 4th place to Bronze Bracket.

As mentioned, this is the desired format. However, this is subject to change and also is subject to the amount teams in the given division. Uneven numbers may require us to have the following:

• A pool of 3 that is playing automatic 3 Sets on Saturday.
• Two or three, three team pools, that will play normal best of 3 and then crossover between the pools to determine seeding for the bracket
• Bronze brackets that are actually 3 team pools for Sunday.
• Additional Crossovers Needed

Doors open at each venue one hour before the first matches are set to start.

Credential Pick-Up:

• Tournament badges are required for all athletes and coaches to enter the venues throughout the tournament.
   
• All coaches can pick up their teams' credentials at their respective venues on Saturday before their matches start.

Warm-up Balls:

Teams must bring their own warmup balls. A game ball will be provided for each court.

Spectators:

• Spectator tickets must be purchased to enter the playing halls. Families can purchase their tickets here.
  1. Discounted online tickets must be bought by Friday, March 7th. Prices will go up $5 on 3/8.
  2. All spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry.
  3. Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
  4. Security will be checking for wristbands upon entry.
  5. Children under the age of 10 are free.
  6. Please send any ticket refund requests to tickets@topcourtevents.com
     1. Refund requests must be requested within 30 days of purchase
     2. Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
         
  7. Doors open at each venue one hour before the first matches are set to start, NO EARLIER.

Parking:

Spooky Nook Sports

• Parking is $10/day and $20/weekend
• Carpooling is encouraged due to limited parking.
• All cars MUST enter the parking lot via 75 Champ Blvd.
  • Cars will not be able to access the general parking lot from the main entrance on Spooky Nook Rd.

Lancaster Convention Center

• Garage parking is available for a fee
• Street parking is also available in the area (may have fees)

York Expo Center

• Parking is available at no cost. Since teams will be playing at Memorial Hall, it is easiest to enter through Gate 4 off Market St.
