Boys Volleyball Skills Clinic (Grades 6–11)

Clinic Focus

The Grades 6–11 training window is critical for athlete development. This clinic is built to:

  • Strengthen core fundamentals needed for consistent play

  • Introduce advanced skills required at the high school level

  • Develop proper footwork, movement, and mechanics

  • Increase volleyball IQ and court awareness

  • Prepare athletes for the speed and physicality of boys volleyball

Training will be fast-paced, high-rep, and game focused—ensuring skills translate directly from the gym to competition.

Fundamental Development

  • Passing and serve receive technique

  • Overhand serving fundamentals

  • Defensive movement and digging

  • Court positioning and rotation understanding

Advanced Skill Introduction

  • Attacking approach and arm swing mechanics

  • Transition footwork

  • Offensive and defensive concepts

Game Understanding
