About Us

Under the leadership of Jim Conner, former U.S. Navy volleyball team player, and with the support of Linda Conner, MVBC proudly celebrates its 31st year of club volleyball. MVBC is a competitive program committed to fostering both athletic excellence and positive personal growth in young athletes. We provide comprehensive instruction in fundamental volleyball skills, advanced techniques, and training, along with guidance throughout the college recruiting process.

Beyond competition, MVBC emphasizes a strong sense of community and family. We intentionally promote leadership, responsibility, fellowship—and yes, fun—creating an environment where athletes can thrive on and off the court.

MVBC also serves as a feeder program to the Lenape Regional High School District (LRHSD). Our athletes proudly compete at the freshman, JV, and varsity levels for Cherokee, Lenape, Shawnee, Seneca, RV, Eastern, Washington Township, PVI, Camden Catholic, GCIT, ACIT, and other high schools throughout the region.

Our Mission

Marlton VBC is dedicated to providing high-quality training and competitive opportunities for young athletes at every stage of development. Through a positive and challenging volleyball experience, we support athletes’ social growth, mental and physical well-being, and the development of core values such as teamwork, responsibility, self-discipline, and self-motivation. Our goal is to grow the sport of volleyball by promoting participation across all ages and skill levels.

The Life

MVBC is a girls Juniors Travel Volleyball program serving athletes ages 9–18. Our teams practice twice a week at Marlton Field House, Marlton Elementary School, Lenape High School, or Cherokee High School, and compete in tournaments held on select weekends throughout the season.

At MVBC, we intentionally celebrate and strengthen the concept of team through meaningful team-building and bonding experiences. Character development is a core part of our program—because the lessons learned here extend far beyond the court. None of this would be possible without the generous involvement and continued support of our amazing player parents and siblings. Our goal is for the MVBC experience to be an enriching and joyful one for the entire family.

“Taking the time to give our athletes opportunities to connect off the court is just one of the many reasons MVBC is so special. Our coaches are committed to developing not only strong players, but confident, well-rounded individuals.”
